How can I make payments?
You can pay via M-Pesa, USSD (*150*01#), cash at our office, or through an authorized PAY-GO agent. Every payment generates an SMS receipt for confirmation.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If payments are delayed, the system may pause temporarily until payment resumes. Once you pay, service is restored automatically. We do not apply hidden penalties, and our team can help you agree on a workable schedule.
Do I own the system at the end of the plan?
Yes. After full plan completion, the system is permanently unlocked and ownership transfers fully to you.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every system includes warranty coverage for core components, including panel, battery and lights. Your agent will explain the exact terms for your selected package.
Who performs installation, and how long does it take?
Installation is handled by trained PAY-GO technicians. Most home setups are completed in one visit, with same-day system activation.
What if I relocate?
